Another year, another bike. Our new show bike, Barnstormer, has only been doing the rounds a short while, but is already garnering admiration across both the bike building and riding community. Inspired by the Bi-planes of the 1920’s and 30’s this bike is a bit of a departure from Hawg Haven’s usual ‘modern’ style.

For the technically minded amongst you;

Ultima 113ci engine with shaved barrels, fitted with SU carb, one off stainless exhaust pipes, one off oil tank incorporated into the vintage cam cover using copper pipe for oil lines, 4” top fuel belt drive with a 6 speed RSD gear box, with the braking system modified to fit the drive sprocket, fully electrically operated suspension (no air) to lower the bike to ride height, wheels TTS rims with our own hubs and spokes, no wheel spindle or brakes. No front fender, rear made by us. Handle bars have internal throttle, with hydraulic clutch hidden in twist grips, 1920’s carbide headlight.

90% of this bike is hand made by us here at Hawg Haven.
